I know they just opened recently so some kinks are probably still being worked out. An establishment of this sort is going to attract a lot of customers just based off ambiance alone. Typically, these types of establishments take reservations to manage the influx of customers. So far, there is no option for reservations which leads to a line out the door and lengthy wait times. The drinks need a bit of work. Flavored mimosas have no flavor. They just taste like straight champagne. The food was ok. Definitely a great spot to visit. However, I would say just remember that the experience is heavy on vibes, not so much on the culinary experience.
We showed up on a Friday night at the busiest time and were told it’s a 2 hour wait. Table was ready in 50 minutes and staff gave us a complimentary glass of champagne while we waited. They were very friendly and accommodating.
When we got to our table our server was excellent. The food was delicious, incredibly seasoned and flavored. The atmosphere was electric and exciting and we were so happy to be a part of it.
Thanks to No Way Rosé for the incredible experience!
This is a amazing spot to vibe and have great drinks. The ambiance was very welcoming and worth the wait. Food was tasteful and full of life. Sunday brunch was FUN! From the music to the raw bar and the cocktails it is a 10/10
No Way Rosé describes itself as a bistro, but isn't really.
The food was alright, but nothing standout. Prices were crazy extravagant in comparison to the little layering of flavour that I expect from $20-30 plates. The flavour of the escargot in particular was buried in the sauce they were served in.
Wait staff were pleasant and very passionate about the menu. Cocktails took a really long time though and for $16, they paled in comparison to Bookmaker's (RIP 😔🕯️). Most of the cost behind the menu seems driven from the investment into the renovation + how Instagram-able this restaurant is.
You're paying for atmosphere, not quality of food. Bring a blind date or family from out of town who would enjoy the novelty. If you're a person who enjoys ambiance, it's worth a visit. If you want a French bistro, dine elsewhere.
The atmosphere and drinks were good. The food…. Is alright….
Also, everything is a small plate. It isn’t the size of an actual full entree. This isn’t really a problem, but just a warning that you’d probably need to order two of those $25 small plates to feel like you’ve ate enough. I only had one…. Still hungry lol
Overall, okay experience. Probably wouldn’t go back
