This was my first time visiting the restaurant. It was a little cold sitting in. The staff very friendly, professional, and willing to answer questions with a smile. I was with one other person. I got the oxtails, rice, and greens. The food had a great taste and it was a reasonable portion. I have a big appetite so I was satisfied but not stuffed. The other person ordered turkey wings, cabbage and macaroni and cheese and was really pleased and ate it all.
The food was absolutely amazing. I got fried catfish with yams, collard greens, and mac and cheese. My girlfriend got fish and grits along with the wings and everything was perfect.. The service was on point, and looking forward to the new upcoming events such as paint night and etc.. We will absolutely be back to show our support..!!!!!
An absolute gem in Fed Hill as there's nothing else like it in the neighborhood. There was a little bit of a wait for the food, but nothing egregious and it was well worth the wait anyway. Portions were huge, especially considering the price point and the flavors were amazing. Make sure you get lemonade or the sweet tea. I'll absolutely be back and I really hope the community supports this place as I'd love to see it around for a long time.
The food here was nothing short of amazing. The seasoning was on point. We will be returning and we highly recommend!!! I had the oxtails with green beans and collards. Babe had honey garlic wings with yams and mac and cheese. All of it was delicious. Please support!
The second I walked in the front door I felt welcome and comfortable. SweetPeaz provides a southern food experience that did not exist in Fed Hill beforehand. The sweet tea and collard greens are the best I've had since my great grandma Bean passed away 18 years ago! It'll be hard for anyone to walk away from here without a very full and very happy tummy.
