Excellent spicy fried chicken. A fantastic value with lots if options
Got breakfast from here today and it was pretty good. Eggs were sunnyside instead of over easy and the hash browns were a little overdone, but once the runny yolk was mixed throughout, it was all pretty good. They are a little pricey though and they seem to nickel and dime you on sauces and sandwich toppings. Overall pretty good casual breakfast all-day option for the area.
Finding breakfast in Baltimore, with the exception of fast food or Starbucks, is a challenge. I walked by and saw the restaurant was open at 8:45 am, looked great from the curb, and wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, I could not get the attention of anyone working there. The only young lady out front was too busy pouring orange juice into glasses to acknowledge me or take my order. After 5 minutes of being ignored while saying "hello" or "excuse me," I turned around to leave. Only then did she finally decide to stop pouring juice and take my order. I just kept walking out the door. I know waiting on customers is annoying, but it is a key part of your profits, especially in the restaurant business.
After the owner reached out to me, I gave them a second chance. The service was much better. I had the eggs and bacon. It was okay, I would go back now.
Not a bad place at all. The chicken was seasoned well, yet one part was a little dry. I guess I need to come back when it's just out of the fryer. My Mother ordered rotisserie chicken and it looks so good. However, I definitely will be returning. Also, the customer service is good
