This is the epitome of a classic steakhouse. Live pianist, full suits for the wait staff, tablecloths, the whole lot. However, considering how high the bar was set, the service itself didn't really meet what I was expecting (Forbes' Standards not being hit, etc.), and the food was fairly under seasoned. To their credit, their Prime Rib was good. But I mean, it's right there in the name.
Always outstanding. Best restaurant in Baltimore. Crab cakes are the best you can get. Beef always perfect. Ask to sit at one of the tables serviced by Christopher. He is a fabulous, experienced and old school type waiter who will make the experience exceptional. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful restaurant.
Went there for the first time in many years and it was exactly as I remember, perfect in every way. My dinner was incredible. The service has no comparison. The Prime Rib is in a class of its own. Nothing comes close in my opinion.
A low key, upscale experience you'll never forget. VERY courteous staff and a bar selection that will have you coming back every night. Truly a hidden gem of Baltimore.
Not every patron "dresses" for The Prime Rib," but it's they kind of place where you could. Elegant. Live piano. And expensive. Good food well prepared. Free valet parking.
