Blair deserves a raise she was very hard and fast worker and I would come there again just because her. I was going to call the manager of the store and give my opinion that I think she deserves a 3.00 dollar a hour raise. I might still call the manager and tell him about and thank you.

When it comes to service it's one of the better ones. Clean,.friendly and fast. I can do without the self service order systems as they are much slower than ordering with a live person

Very nice McDonald's. Staff extremely helpful, friendly, efficient, and experienced. Location was easy to access and return to highway. Parking convenient and plentiful. Facility relatively new, maintained well, clean, and pleasing. Food served was hot and tasty and exactly as ordered.

Food is always fresher and hotter here than other locations! People are super nice and always doing something to clean or help. I absolutely do not endorse the order screens. Stop trying to take people's jobs.

The Dunkirk store is hands down the best in the county. The employees are super pleasant,,they're efficient, and the food is up to par.
Ordering inside, with a loaded drive-through, I only had to wait approximately 120 seconds before my food was in my hand.
The employees are also very accommodating. They were out of an item this morning so I was offered an alternative.
For a McDonalds, this one is the best, I hope they keep up the good work.
