If you decide to go here for a meal try if possible to make sure to go during the week. Weekends are packed and the wait is long. The staff is very friendly though and will help you if you need. If you are celebrating a birthday they make a slight scene out of it. So if you are looking for a classy place for dinner you might want to try somewhere else. But the food is good and as many will tell you the rolls are fantastic paired with the butter. In some cases while you are waiting in line you can sometimes get a basket of rolls for something a little more substanent then the regular peanuts which are great to snack on. If you have know da who are sensitive to noise be careful it can get loud. But the food is quick to come out and is overall good quality. So it's a good family meal. A quick note the prices are decent so you won't be spending a fortune.

I like going here but,lately ya need to really watch the ribs,super overcooked.
Tired of sending them back ,however may just be a bad 2 months or new line chef.
Returned ribs 6 times so,we opted to go to Westminster location.
Well,the ribs were fabulous.The service in Hanover is excellent @ we will go back and try again.
All and all you can't have a bad time.We enjoy them alot even with the blips on the ribs.
Management is quick to replace anything you do not like.
They are fast to try to fix a situation.
I recommend giving them a try.
Get there early because weekend they are jammed with people.
Service still fast even if packed@

Went to Texas Roadhouse in Westminster. Had a FANTASTIC waitress named Jess. I can't write enough about her in WONDERFUL WORDS.Very very cheerful, always checking on our drinks.
Always had refilled without asking rolls any condiment ANYTHING THAT WE EXTRA OR NEEDED Jess Was on TOP OF IT.I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HER. I wish everyone could be like her. I will come here again BUT will ask for Jess. Thank you Jess for making my lunch PERFECT

I can Honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at this location. It's been there for quite a few years and has always been a great place for good food and drinks. Remarkable service and Excellent food!
