Chick-fil-A

I'm writing as someone who had once been a insider... This is one of the best places I've ever worked for, they have the best people, the best values and as an employee you feel as if you are part of a family. I'm not sure if I'll ever find a job like this again. This is a chance of a life time. Highly recommend.

New store that's doing a solid job getting a new crew trained up while dealing with random 'shiny new object' volume surge at times.

Glad to have them in the local area, be patient with the crew as they get their feet under them.

Food is okay but a little high in price. I get anxiety in awkward social situations and they're full of those at chickfila's. You'll be eating and some worker will be standing over you every 10 minutes like you're a King saying "my pleasure" to you. Lol. Like I get the idea with good customer service.... but in my opinion, it gets SO overdone, it makes me feel really uncomfortable. Like keep the concept: but just "tone it down a notch".

So glad one finally opened in Mount Airy, but the location is terrible. Chicken biscuit was nice and soft, and the chicken was tender, juicy and crispy on the outside. Drive through was quick even though there were employees being trained day of the opening.

I only wish they had a few curbside spots available, I like to place my order in advance and there were no designated spots.

Changing review to 3 stars from 5... This place is constantly packed, the parking lot is a joke. This is the worst location in town you could possibly put a Chick Fil A for a decent traffic flow. We were in the drive through line for 30 minutes to get our order.

This is my fourth time going through the drive-through and each time has been amazing. For them to be new they’re moving fast I’m so happy that they finally put Chick-fil-A in mount airy a plus to the town. Staff is awesome line movement can be improved a little bit but considering it just open I’m very happy with the results great job Rockk on mount airy team!!!
