Chesapeake Inn Restaurant & Marina

Went to inside dining room for an early dinner. Wonderful food and service. I had the scallops and they were done to perfection. Our waiter was excellent as well. Attentive but not a bother. Beautiful outside bar next to the water. Lovely space if the weather permits.

One of my summer stops on the bay. Dock hands are always very helpful. Food and service is good. Good entertainment. Very full on the weekends. If you like clams, I recommend them.

I think the location is great. The docks are decorated and lit fantastically. I would definitely be a customer during the summer. The food was just ok. But I think this place is more of a summertime, drink hangout.

Beautiful location and view of the C&D Canal. Excellent service. Not much for vegan on the menu, but the waiter asked the chef to customize a plate for me and it was delicious! Pasta topped with steamed veggies hit the spot for me. Others in my party thoroughly enjoyed their seafood dishes.

Visited as wedding guests for a beautiful fall event and had the opportunity to visit again a year later for a casual lunch.
Every single space of the wedding and reception were lovely. The food was superior and the rooms, table dressing and staff were on point. I would still be eating their French lamb chop appetizers if my husband didn't drag me away!!

Our next visit was on a cool, quiet Saturday in early November. We thought that given the time of year and day that our experience might be less than. It was not! Service was very attentive and the food was of really good quality, prepared well and served nicely!
What a gem of a place. We will visit again, gladly.
