    Good but basic. Protien powder is pricier than buying it yourself but hey, its faster.

    So I live in Rockville MD and came back to Tropical Smoothie Cafe because I was in the area. Same great service and great food. Waldorf isn't known for good customer service but this is one of the few exceptions. Another lady took my order and they made mine fresh, no questions with a smile! A+++.

    Service was relatively quick, smoothie was delightful. The sandwich was maybe a bit above average. Recommend for the smoothie side, as far as the cafe you might want to consider getting your food from somewhere else. Or only come thirsty.
