Panera Bread

I love Panera, but this one in La Plata always, consistently, without fail, no matter what you buy prepares the food sloppily. Salads made to go are turned upside down. Soups in bowls aren’t set flat so they leak. Sandwiches are always askew...literally thrown together...meat, bread and cheese falling all over. It really looks unappealing, even though the taste is ultimately fine. It is so obvious the work flow and quality control is not managed by the same person as in the waldorf location (whose presentation is impeccable).

I love this place . We go as much as possible to get coffee and bagel sandwiches and I love my rewards. We never have any difficulty ordering. I like the change of food during the seasons (diff sandwiches and soups etc )

Associates were very polite, courteous & helpful. Seemed to be more bread than meat & there were 4 kinds tea except sweet tea. The soup was exceptional. There were no paper towels in the men's room & had to wipe our own table off.

This is a nice Panera. I've never been to one where the staff knew more customers by name. Kind of cool to see that at a big chain.
