IHOP

Server was good. Called and told "10 minutes". We were seated 30 minutes after arrival (it was busy and they seemed to be having some confusion on a Saturday morning).

Food wasn't bad and was plentiful. Place was busy and seemed a tiny bit dirty. It was good enough to revisit for an affordable breakfast. Pancakes were great!

Service was good for a busy Saturday afternoon. The hostess handling seating was friendly but lost track of who was on the waiting list at times. Allowing people with the same number in their party to be seated in front of others. Once seated service was above average despite the place being packed.

This location is usually pretty busy! It didn't take long to get seated. We waited approximately 15 minutes. Our server was attentive and polite. Food was excellent...served hot and fresh! The temperature inside was just too cold for us.

Great experience today with our server Veronica . Location was nicely kept, inside was very clean, food was delicious, coffee was on point, endless pancakes were just what the belly ordered but i was most impressed with Veronica's attention to detail. As soon as we sat down she brought us coffee and juice for the kids. You could tell she was really busy but she still made time to make sure we were ok. She made great menu suggestions and even set out fries for the kids while they food was being prepared. We will definitely be visiting this place more often.

Service was excellent. Food was great. Only 3 stars because the place (I think the carpet) smells of old food. The carpet should be steam cleaned It smells in there. Otherwise, 5 stars. Edit: Wrong IHOP. This one has tile floors. Oops. 5 stars!!
