I've eaten at the one on H St.NE D.C. for 25 years. There was one on Eastern Ave. N.E. D.C. back in 2018/19 it didn't last long. This place beats them all.You will not be disappointed. -

(May 3, 2020, 4:21 pm)I ordered the Mama Special 6 pieces of Whitting fish and greens and Mac and cheese and let me tell you I was grateful that I was not disappointed everything was season just right. They have my business. Service was professional you order and pay, go to your car and they bring it to you. Nice to know they are in Waldorf it was my first time eating at Horace & Dickie but it won’t be my last. Outstanding
