Carmela's Cucina

Just tried Carmela’s for the first time, for lunch. What a great experience! Now we have a favorite Italian restaurant in the area. Our party had pizza, Greek salads, chef salad, and Caesar’s and all were delightful. We like the dinner menu and are looking forward to returning to try a veal or seafood main course. To us the properly thin crust pizza with fresh toppings and fresh salads are the litmus test for Italian. Service was super. Reese was accommodating (one in our party just recovering from surgery had special seating needs), prompt and flexible with changing toppings around, etc. She is quite efficient as well as friendly. We look forward to visiting the restaurant again soon.

Very good pizza (hand tossed and oven fried like I like it) , clam sauce spaghetti, and wings all great. Salad was fresh and crisp. Cozy atmosphere. First time in but not the last. We just moved to Cambridge and figuring out good place. This is one to bookmark.

This little place is producing some banging food in Cambridge. We started going there for pizza but realized they offer so much more! Eat in, or take out, great little gem in Cambridge.

Fabulous Italian food. Charlie, Carmela and Stefano make you feel like you are part of their family. The staff is very attentive and fun. My family and I have not found anything that we haven't enjoyed. Make sure to save room for Carmela's heavenly desserts. AWESOME!!

Perhaps the best Italian food I ever had. I went for spaghetti with home made marinara sauce. The sauce was absolutely amazing. The people over there are extremely nice and we honestly felt at home. The price is very reasonable and the ambience is nice. I can go back to Cambridge just for this restaurant.
