Lazy fish

We made reservations and came here on the last night of Frederick’s Restaurant Week. I am throughly impressed. First the decor is very nice. Service was prompt and friendly. The menu was moderately priced. We had all that’s pictured, a soda and with tip it was $83. The Nigiri had thick slices of fish, unlike most restaurants in the area. The fish quality was excellent. The lemongrass soup was an amazing symphony of flavor served at the perfect temperature. Not one thing was unimpressive here and we left full and satiated. Loved this restaurant and definitely will be back again.

Delicious sushi. We even took our toddler and they were all so great in there. Fast and great asthetics. Definitely will be going back.

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch during the week. It's a pretty small place located above another restaurant, so space can fill up quickly. Our server had a really fun personality and he was definitely on top of things, despite being the only server for the entire place. We sat at the bar, which is always a good time if you like watching the chefs work Our sushi was very fresh and was delicious! The sashimi dish we had was a great variety, and it got me to try a few new things. The cuts of fish are very generous.

Love this place. Great atmosphere. We were there with a group on the third floor. Good service for a large group. Great appetizers but some sushi did not taste as fresh this time. There are some creative ideas in the menu. Overall great spot.

Visiting the area for the first time, I was so, so enthralled with my experience here. A wide menu offers everyone at least one thing to enjoy, but chances are you'll find many. Some menu items are interesting, to say the least. I had never considered drunken noodles with spaghetti noodles being used. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and even vegan options are here as well.

The atmosphere is cozy and small. It certainly has a nice friendly and welcoming feel to it. The staff is friendly and prompt in serving. However, in part to the store's small size, waiting can and should be expected, and especially so on weekends.

As a note, the restaurant is on the second building level. Climbing a flight of stairs is necessary. Lazy Fish is above Summitra.
