(January 3, 2019, 4:58 pm)Popeye's has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I actually go out of my way to visit this location. I'm almost always happy with the food and staff. As with any fast food place my order is not always accurate and when ordering food for a family of 6 it's not always convenient to pull everything out of the bag to check my order. The reason for 3 stars is their drinks. For the cost that they charge for a drink I don't want a drink full of ice! Come on now guys! It feels cheap and nickel and diming me when I finish a medium drink in just a few sips and all I'm left with is a cup filled to the brim with ice! Especially when a vast majority of your food is spicy! Seems trivial but it's very frustrating that I should have to ask for little or no ice in order to feel that I'm getting a value for the premium that you're asking. I'm sure you guys order at windows and see it, why would you do it to others?
