Good food and clean, friendly place.

Food is good. People are friendly. A place where you can relax.

Service was fast and the orders were accurate. This location is much cleaner than the Hagerstown restaurant which is often filthy. This staff was also helpful. The negative is the insect problem I see in all Panera restaurants, namely fruit flies year round. They're at the drinks area as well as the tables and it's always worse come warm weather when houseflies add to the problem.

There's always an employee running around keeping the restaurant clean. I like their bagels and coffee, although sometimes I'll have their soup, which is really tasty. The service is fast and friendly.

I have been to this Panera plenty of times. This visit was for a fairly quick breakfast sandwich while using the WiFi. I got the everything bagel with egg, cheese and bacon. I asked for the egg egg, not the scrambled egg, which for my taste makes me question if it's real egg or just poured out eggbeaters. It was a real egg and done to an over medium that left the yoke a little runny. PERFECT! Well done Panera cooks. The service was good, not overly attentive. Good visit.
