Mirage Lounge

New ownership now offers food/Turkish coffee. Excited to see Mirage evolve

This place is one of my absolute FAVORITE spots in Frederick. Great music and atmosphere. Expect hip hop and r&b with sports on all of the Tvs. I would describe this place as chill and laid back. Never seen a scuffle nor drunkin idiots. The waitresses are nice and pretty cute as well. Decent bar food and great drinks. Now for the finale! Plenty of choices to mix and match flavors for your shisha and individual mouth pieces provided for sanitary reasons. The prices have gone up a bit since I lived down there (2012/13) but you still get to share with friends which other hookah places rarely allow at a decent price. The owner is also a kind smiling man and is a pleasure to chat with. The only cons would be the seating and the bathroom. There are private single bathrooms for each sex. The issue is it being a hot spot for the night life means mad people using the bathroom and the girls trying to keep themselves "clean" tend to urinate on the toilet seat and floor. Very unpleasant. Seating is minimal unless you want to be on a barstool. The most comfortable spots fill up quick. Despite those two issues the spot itself is a fun relaxing place to go with friends and relax. Definitely recommend.

Best Hookah lounge in town. They have affordable meals that are very tasty. Happy hour. And the vibe there is positive and fun.
