This resteraunt has a unique sushi buffet offering. The chefs make the sushi in the center area and then place it on the conveyor belt that travels around either counter top seating or both seating. The sushi selections are very limited in that they make different kinds and then go on to a different type. So if you see something you like, you have to grab it up. All the food tasted great just disappointed about getting and waiting for what I want

Service was a bit slow at the beginning. The waitress was an absolute sweetheart and the food was excellent. Would have given 5 had they been quicker at the jump. There is always next time as I plan to go back.

While I'd love to give 5 stars because I and my husband always get great great great sushi everytime we come here this time it was a little off. The cucumber and eel roll but there was pretty much thick pieces skin wrapped in the roll that were chewy and a little tough. The sweet potato roll I had was amazing though, still will come back they have the best spider roll in Frederick!

Not from the area and was looking for a good fair priced sushi restaurant. This place had higher reviews than the place I had been to in the past so I decided to try. Was SO satisfied that I did. Place was empty when I arrived so I was a tad nervous, but the service was excellent! The waiter made a Saki recommendation for me that I was very pleased with. I ordered a Sushi delux dinner and it was amazing. 9 pieces (7 different, 2 salmon) and each piece melted in my mouth. Very fresh. Well cut. Beautifully served. Very satisfied. This is my new place to go while in the area.

Took my wife there for a birthday lunch. It was amazing! So fresh and so delicious. Frederick doesn’t have great sushi eats but this one took us by surprise. Not just the typical California roll junk. Great original rolls, quick and friendly, clean just all around great experience.
