    My first time, on a mini vacation at my Sister's n Brother in law. Crab cakes superb mushroom filled crabmeat. Piano player, fire place. The staff AMAZING! THANK YOU

    Very varied menu. Excellent food. Everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled great!

    I just love the Carriage House! I go there as a special treat. Food is great, service is wonderful....go there if you can. Emmitsburg is a charming town as well.

    Service is always great and, usually, so is the food. Thanksgiving dinner was not up to their usual quality. Turkey log, not a real roasted bird. Probably needed to be a log due to the number of folks eating dinner but, still, a little disappointing. Otherwise, it's always a great place to eat. Elegance in the old fashioned standard, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, truly exceptional staff, and a place you can feel at home.
