Jollof On Point

So I visited this new restaurant with my hubby and I was impressed with the quality and price of our meal.
The proportion was good for the price. I ordered pounded yam (made with real yam, and I was surprised) , egusi (melon soup), beef (I enjoyed 😉).

I didn't have a choice when I tried their pastry than to order them as to go. The dough crust literally dissolves in your mouth (for me, this is what I look for in nigerian pastries).

Now let's talk about the suya- in-a-box. This box of suya had fresh vegetables (sliced tomatoes,cucumber, and red onions), just the right amount of seasoning, and the beef was not dry at all (check my video). The only thing I would have loved was a little bit of hot suya spice/powder on the side.

Lastly, I got puff puff for my kids, and yes, they enjoyed it - not too sweet and not oily.

Overall, this is a place where you will get value for your buck.

Oh my my my. The staff members gave me the greatest warm welcome when I came in. The jollof rice was jumping with the chicken. At one point I almost bit my index finger. I've been waiting for some real deal cultural food for some time Frederick! #thanks&onelove

Food is very delicious you won't be disappointed. Felt like I was ordering samples from a buffet. a little of this, a little of that lol but really. I enjoyed the variety a lot. It was everything I wanted to try. I'll definitely be back for more. #10stars for me.

Amazing food and service. I was their first customer at their new location. Food full of flavor and restaurant full of life and love! Definitely will be back many times.

I was astonished that their pounded yam was made from fresh boiled yams. So healthy !!!!
Their Jollof rice was really on point 🥰
