The Farmhouse Exchange

I've been to the Farmhouse Exchange a couple of times now and I was extremely impressed with the amount of baked goods and other products that they have packed into such a small place, there is so much to look at. This local market just outside of Thurmont along route 15 also has a full deli and their sandwiches are some of the best in the area for sure. They sell locally raised and sourced products like meats and eggs and even have products from South Mountain Creamery. I took my wife and kids and they really enjoyed looking at all of the different items that the store has to offer so if your ever in the area in my opinion its worth it to stop and check them out and as an added bonus they are also right next door to Gateway Candyland as well. Last but not least I thought I would mention that the only reason they got 4 and not 5 stars is that they are kind of expensive partly due to the kinds of products that they do sell being as they say homemade and locally sourced so plan on spending a little extra if you do buy their products.

First time visiting. Bought so many wonderful things. Can't wait to go back..

Always friendly! Today was crazy busy, i guess with the covid restrictions lifted everyone was out. They were handling it amazingly well, very organized chaos! Well done staff!

Amazing place!! Fresh food, great service and reasonably priced. We ordered our Thanksgiving meal from them, AMAZING!! All I had to do was cook the farm fresh turkey and heat up the delicious sides. Wonderful place 💕
