Buffalo Wild Wings

I LOVE BDUBS however this visit was less than perfect. Our waiter seemed to be focused on everything else but getting our orders right. We waited over 20 minutes since our order was messed up and our drinks as well. Both of us ordered water and were given sprite. Over all the food was good but the service needs work.

Visited for the Superbowl! Incredible, friendly staff was very accommodating! Buckey was server! MVP of the night! Rest of the staff was welcoming and fun! #goseebuckey

This location is spacious and has every TV you could ever ask for. They have a large sauce and drinks selection and I appreciate the nutrition info being listed on the menu. Lots of options and friendly staff.

Had a great server. That makes all the difference. Food was good. The Mac n cheese was decent but nothing to write home about. The wings were good but not nearly as good for a restaurant known for their wings. Mozzarella sticks and spinach artichoke dip we're both fantastic. And the carrots and celery sticks were fresh.

Service is hit and miss here. The wings are great. I typically eat lunch here. Some days my food is served as expected in a timely manner. Other days I wait over 30 minutes. Some days the servers keep checking on me, keeping my drink refilled. Other days I wonder where my server is. The managers appear to avoid being visible. If not for the half price wings on Tuesdays I might not have much incentive to come back.
