Linda and Debbie are fantastic servers that go above and beyond. They make my day better every time I eat there. The coffee is great and the French toast platter is very good.

Our family have been going to Oak Mar Restaurant, which now is called, "The 3rd Street Diner," for well over two decades now. The food and service have always been great, and the small town family atmosphere add to it's charm. I have always enjoyed stopping by for some delicious food and a chat with friends. Andrew Fike and his staff do a great job welcoming, and serving their customers in fine style! ????☕????????

When you walk in, you are not immediately struck by the quality of this place. First, you should take a good look at the salad bar. It’s small, but you will see just how much care is put into the freshness and variety of the produce on display. Just try it. It’s better than Ruby Tuesday!

I always judge a restaurant by it’s iced tea. If it’s fresh, I know it’s a good choice. Theirs is the best. Then there are the entrées. Each one was bigger than expected and better than expected. Incredible value! Owner operated? You bet! This place is destined for greatness!

My family and I read about this place online for being one of the best diners in the area. Upon arrival we hadn’t expected it to be below a motel, but I swear it’s worth the try. For being a larger party we were very well taken care of, as the staff was very friendly and attentive. Half my family got breakfast, which everyone enjoyed. The potatoes were great and crispy and full of flavor. The other half of my family got the meatloaf special, a giant hunk of meatloaf, vegetable, choice of potato and bread for like $10. I ordered the captain crunch French toast, as I could not pass it up and it didn’t disappoint. As a sweet potato lover I also had to try the sweet potato pancake which was giant and delicious. Everything was cheap and good portions. Great spot for any meal of the day as breakfast is served all day long!
