The Lodge

Good food with many choices. The prices are good and the service is pretty good. The drinks are served from pitchers which is a fun change from the usual plastic cups that are found at most restaurants.

The food is always very good. The staff are a pleasant and helpful. Plenty of room. It's a little too loud because of it's size. The ski-lift style seating is fun.

If your looking for consistently good food, the lodge is a good place to grab a meal in the Bel Air Maryland area. From steaks, quesadillas, fish (I recommend the salmon) and salads to burgers I can safely say I’ve never had a bad meal here. The dim lighting, rustic looks and fireplaces give it a feel of a woodsy cabin. The seating is mostly wooden benches, which if you’re paying top dollar for food, you kinda want something a little more comfortable? Other than that, that’s the only criticism I can offer. I enjoy the place!

It is a restaurant with a ski-lodge theme. Fantastic atmosphere. 2 fireplaces. Booths, nooks, a bar- all kinds of cozy spots within. Some tables have ski lift benches that swing for seats! More delicious than your average mid-priced restaurant. No assembly-line type meals like you get at a chain. Thai shrimp and also fish bites favorite appetizer. Seafood linguini was perfect. Waiter was attentive and accurate!
