Chick-fil-A Bel Air

Food is always good, but I’m not keen on the parking situation. Always packed, which is a good thing for them, but with 2 toddler in the car even the drive through is a little dreading. I prefer to go to the forest hill location.

I recently have been to two other fast food restaurants which made me remember why I love Chick-fil-A and this location specifically. Even when busy, they have quickly served me with excellent service and food. The store is new and they are working out a few kinks but when there has been a mistake they were quick to fix it. The parking is sometimes a challenge but I usually find a spot. When I go there I feel like I am home because of the warm welcome I receive and the care they provide.

I have only done drive thru so far at this location and they are always nice and friendly. Quick and efficient with making sure they get thru the line. Haven’t had any issues yet with my orders.

Very quick serves. I bought my food, went to get sauces and straws, and when I sat down they already had my food ready. My sandwich was so good I bought another. And on my second order I got a set of fries I didn’t pay for. How awesome, when a mistake is actually a happy mistake! Thank you, I’m stuffed.

Went today for lunch. It was their grand opening. It was very busy but the food and service was great. Will visit this location often. This is a busy location but it looks like their team is up for it. They are very efficient and friendly. Well done.
