We love Hot Pot, and we're super excited about having a spot open up in Bel Air. Huo Guo was great, the staff were very friendly and super helpful. The presentation on the food when we received it was stunning! We were given the option to have staff bring us our orders or select items ourselves from a section in the restaurant, and we ended up doing a mix of both.
Wow! Came here on a whim but loved it so much! Rich and true authentic Chinese flavors in their soups, sauces, and the variety of meats is so wonderful and tasty! Truly the only spot in the area with deep and original flavors. Fiona and Trista helped with understanding the cooking of the different items to reach that “al dente” spot and weren’t obnoxious or impatient. So thankful to have found this gem! Can’t wait to come back for more! A truly delightful and engaging experience. (With k-pop goodness playing!!!) got to try that plum drink! It pairs so well with the hot pot! And the sauces are truly so inclusive to all palettes!
Very quality seafood selection. Got lobster, blue crabs, clams, mussels, red snapper, oysters, snow crab, crawfish and more! Amazing service and very good house sauces. Would definitely recommend large group gatherings as it would please everyone’s palette.
Absolutely awesome experience, friendly staff very helpful with the cooking and showing new comers how hot pot works. Clean and beautiful atmosphere I wish I’d taken more photos to post on here but I was so excited to eat but my fiancé and I will be returning that’s a guarantee. 10/10 for overall experience and quality. Well done. Well worth the wait can’t wait until the open the Korean bbq part up too.
Went at 3pm on opening day. Beautiful new restaurant, nice choice of broths, good meat & veg selection. You order your broth, then pick your meats & veg and starches at the coolers. There are sauces as well, plus a small selection of desserts. Next time, I’ll look up some good hot pot recipe ideas beforehand as we saw some really creative ideas other customers were making. One suggestion: Please add yum yum sauce to your sauce options!
