    Really good food, super friendly servers. Amazing deals on weekdays. Would love to see more people coming in!!

    Disclaimer: this rating only includes a pickup order placed online in advance.
    Much like any other IHOP on the inside: tightly arranged tables, ample lighting, a (somewhat) dirty floor, and screaming children. An small order placed online at approximately 11am, with a 15 minute drive to the restaurant wasn't ready until 11:35, forcing me to wait for an additional 20 minutes inside. The order was prepared exactly as requested and packed nicely to take away. Food tasted fresh and delicious.

    Pleasant, good food, friendly attentive staff. It's a new facility but has a kind of drab decor. The seats are low, feels like they are designed for kids. Not much of a waiting area. People were backed up in to the dining area while waiting. Typical 20 min Sun morning wait.
