    Food was good. Fast service.

    The food is fresh and hot. I drove from Ellicott City to Annapolis and the food was still hot. The KFC in Annapolis could take some pointers.

    The food is way better than the service at this location.
    If I have a choice, I'd rather to go to the KFC on Snowden River Pkwy. I get both good quality of food and service.

    Haven't been to a KFC in years and this particular one had a real difficult customer in front of us. The young man Derick" remained kind and did his best and continued to remain patient when the customer demanded the manager etc. The entire staff remained kind, cheerful and provided great service. It doesn't go un-noticed! Great job guys.
