    This is a very intimate, locally owned restaurant on Main Street in Old Ellicott City. There is a nice selection of small plates. The food and wine was good. The wait staff was pleasant. Overall a nice evening in a nice locale.

    Staff was friendly. The atmosphere was nice with a small bar area on the main level. The main level of had table seating as well. There is additional seating on the second level, but it is a little cramped. However, I still recommend checking this place out. We really enjoyed our appetizers and drinks.

    We've visited Pure Wine Cafe twice, it's a great local spot if you dig wine, small plates and seasonal ingredients. Don't be mistaken though, this is a cozy space reminiscent of European wine bars, small and you will be close to other patrons...which isn't bad and makes for interesting people watching. This is an ideal date spot with close quarters! There is a camaraderie amongst the patrons and the small team of employees works well together, warm and always ready to make a recommendation. We're happy to continue to visit and support a local spot in OEC #protectcommunity

    Very happy with the atmosphere and food and wine choices. Our waiter(can remember his name) was very knowledgeable about our wine questions and made some great suggestions. Will definitely and highly recommend

    Visited this establishment for drinks, dinner and events. Stellar selection of wines and well rounded menu with some novelty. I've never left dissatisfied.
