(January 24, 2019, 12:25 pm)It was only an okay burger. A little over priced for a tiny burger. It's nice to have a wide variety of toppings to choose from, but it's nowhere near as good as Five Guys. The sides were only okay as well. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again.

(January 5, 2019, 2:22 pm)This is my first visit to the chain and I felt very welcomed. They did a great job helping me with their menu and some popular suggestions. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Delicious food and I am definitely going to go back.

(December 5, 2018, 6:32 pm)I love burgers but have been eating less beef lately. Smashburger has a black bean burger and it's actually really good. Unfortunately, I do not feel the value is really there for the quantity and quality of food at this chain. I chose 4 stars (instead of 3) because on my one visit they made an error in my order and immediately put forth the sincere effort to remedy the situation ASAP. I definitely appreciated the service of the entire team there.
