Red Lobster

Service was great until I got my food. Then the woman went ghost. First time ar a red lobster where the pasta wasn't dried out

I was impressed how a waitress assisted a lady with her aging mother get up from her seat. She went beyond her duty.

My waitess was kind, polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to give her a big tip!

Plus the food is good.

Great food and a great rewards program. The biscuits are amazing and when they have all you can eat shrimp, get ready to gain some weight. I'd highly recommend their lobster pizza appetizer, which really is more of an entree. It's also usually not over crowded so the service is solid. To go food is a great option too.

The food was pretty standard for red lobster, everything was hot and prepared well. The service at this location, however, is really hit or miss. On more than one occasion we've been left waiting in an empty restaurant while the staff can be heard loudly gossiping about each other. Some of the wait staff are very good and attentive but there are a few who just obviously don't care. There is usually always a wait to be seated even when 75% of the restaurant is empty and then there is a wait to get your food after that, as well.

Order didn't come out as expected but manager was very attentive and apologetic. It wasn't a big deal to me but she showed she cared. Food is just very bland. 80% cream and 20% butter. Very little salt or flavor. Still a decent family restaurant if you're out with a family member who enjoys seafood. Not recommended for foodies looking for a good eat.
