Very good Burger....cant go wrong for a quick bite to eat, Columbia location

Today, our second visit to BGR and I ordered a turkey burger. It didn't taste as good as our first visit. Why? It was overcooked! Is it that difficult to cook it as requested at medium well. The beef burger was overcooked, too!

Over the past few years I've always been very pleased with the service and quality at this location and the one in Annapolis. Recently I've experienced a lot of mistakes with my orders -- and overhearing those of other customers. Mistakes such as; not properly cooked to order meat and wrong or missing toppings. The staff no longer seems to be motivated, properly trained and have good knowledgeable customer-service at the Columbia location.

The food is pretty good and i like all the options they offer. It is a little pricey, but you will get a good meal. Not the best food, but good none the less.

The regular burgers ordered by our party were quite good, but the gentlemen on the grill appeared to have no idea how to cook bacon. The only choices were limp or charcoal. The veggie burger had good flavor and texture, but was overcooked. Fries and onion rings were the overall winners.
