Anegada Delights Caribbean Cuisine

As a New Orleans native, I struggle with finding food in MD that's truly flavorful and spicy... This was my first visit to this local gem, and suffice it to say, it won't be my last, not by far. With Anegada having a diverse menu, I'm looking forward to trying a few island classics and a few spicy twists on mainland staples. The owner was extremely welcoming and hospitable, and his enthusiasm and passion for his craft was palpable. I'm not one to give a 5 carelessly, but when deserved, I see no reason to nitpick. If you can, go.

Just had lunch at this location and it was wonderful,
As soon as you step inside your senses are filled with the intoxicating aromas of amazing carribean FOOD.I chatted with the owner and he had me sample the stewed chicken and Curry goat it was great the meat is tender and very well seasoned I ordered some stewed chicken,Curry goat and jerk chicken I'm still working on it currently for dinner it's delicious.

FOOD: Excellent! Fresh. Sustainable. For meat eaters ????; you should know their meat is halal and sustainable. The veggies are the best. Seasoned to excellence. They have lovely vegetarian/vegan options!!!

SERVICE: Superlative! The owners were exceptionally nice and took the time to get to know me as a customer. Meaning, they supported well regarding my dietary requirements.

DINING [ROOM]: Clean. This restaurant is clean and well organized. I feel comfortable eating there.

SUGGESTIONS: I wish they had mushrooms! Also, some better/natural drink selections.

Amazingly delicious start to finish. Every single bite is perfectly seasoned, no hot sauce required. Wouldn't have ever given this place a second thought being in a office building. But definitely don't pass it up. ✌????✌????
