    A nice IHOP. We were there on Sunday around noon and waited for about 10-15 minutes. I ordered coffee and got my own small carafe so I could refill whenever I wanted and it kept it hot through the entire meal. Got pancakes of course. They were great. They don't rush you out which is nice on a Sunday morning. I've been here before and will come back again.

    The waitress was was kind and efficient. The restaurant was clean. But the advertised "all you can eat pancakes" with ANY combo is a lie. It only applies to certain combos. The food was pretty good but my over eady eggs were undercooked, the egg white were runny and clear. It was great, but it was ok.

    Waited 15 minutes, not bad for Saturday morning. Staff was friendly, helpful, n quick. Food came out quickly and was good, hot, n prepared properly.

    Calm Saturday and nice music playing as well.

    Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive and the food was good. All IHOP cooking tastes about the same so quality tends to depend more heavily on the customer service in my opinion. Weekday afternoons are the best time to visit for immediate seating and great servers.
