The three-in-one noodles and murger are incredibly delicious, especially the pork murger, which are exceptionally fragrant, juicy, and flavorful. They are the best Chinese dish I've ever tasted here. Definitely worth trying! Overall, highly recommended. Nice food, service, and very clean.

I've been here before, and it's truly authentic Xi'an cuisine. This time I tried their new dishes: spicy minced pork noodle soup and spicy dumplings. Spicy minced pork noodle soup had generous portions, and the added ingredients in the soup were just right - sour and spicy, very delicious. The dumplings were filled with corn and pork, perfectly blended with chili sauce, rich in flavor. Highly recommended for spicy food lovers!
Overall, the food is delicious, clean, and served quickly.

Oh what a great lunch at Chin Xi’an restaurant on RT 40. We ordered the spicy cumin beef murgers, the off the menu 3 in 1 hand ripped noodles, the signature sweet heat cabbage and the crispy celery with dried tofu slices and peanuts. Service was great. They have a very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Overall Id recommend Chin Xi'an to try out. My personal xp is biased as the waitress and cook assumed I dont speak Mandarin and added items to my very large order in order to charge me more.

Food: And the food was overall good. Noodles and "burgers" were worth the price but none of them were very different from each other. The cold apps has the most differences. All the noodles were about the same.

Service: Timely and prompt but lacking professionalism. Kept adding items to my order I did not order as to charge me more as soon as they figured out I do reviews.

Atmosphere: Hard time judging as they treated me and my partner better than other as soon as I ordered more. Neither good nor bad. Default was ok but not great. Decent for families but not good for dates.

As someone who just visited Xi'an in October and loved the food, I was very excited to go a bit out of the way to try this place. I can say that the Biang Biang noodles really reminded me of what I had in China and the Murger (Ro Jia Mo) was arguably better, although it could be because it was more oily than the Chinese version. I liked the Sweet Heat Cabbage as well, although it is not something I tried in China. Overall, I would say it is a bit pricy for the portion size, but if you want a taste of Xi'an, then I highly recommend the Biang Biang noodles.
