With not so many reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. For seafood lovers, this is a must go to. There were so many options and so many new things to try! The combination of buffet and also specialty items to order at no cost is super interesting! Not only was my waitress very very kind but she was super helpful too! Surprisingly, I loved the vegetables the most. I have not gone to a hot pit before with such fresh vegetables. What a pleasant surprise! Their herseys icecream is great too! I have no complaints from this experience and I totally would come back. As a lunch price of $24.99 you can't beat this!

Also totally unrelated to food, their music is fantastic. 10/10

Delicious food, love the buffet touch. Lots and lots of options including veggies and meat, you pick your broth then get to go to thr buffet to choose everything else to add to it. My husband went as far to say he even prefers it over Korean BBQ. They even have an ice cream freezer for dessert included in your price. We will return.

Went on a Saturday at around 12:30-1PM for 2 (paid for weekend dinner price, total was almost $100 with taxes and tip). The restaurant was mostly full with only a handful of tables open. We were able to be seated immediately.

There is an iPad provided to the table to order protein, drinks, and a few additional hotpot options not at the buffet bar. There’s about 10 types of broths to choose from on the iPad. Sodas are $3 refillable; free water is also provided. There is also tea, juice, alcohol, and a few other drinks that you can pay for.

We got the Back to Szechuan Butter Spicy and Original Pork Bone broths. The Szechuan Butter broth was spicy but not very flavorful. The Pork Bone broth was good but not memorable.

There is a very limited meat selection: Beef Brisket, Lamb, Pork Belly, Chicken Breast, and Angus Beef. All are included in AYCE hotpot. All of the meats were cut fresh and delivered quickly whenever we ordered.

Near the entrance is the buffet and sauce bar. The sauce/seasoning selection at the sauce bar is minimal, so don’t expect too much.
The buffet bar has a lot of variety that you don’t typically find in most hotpot places outside of say, New York hotpot restaurants, such as shrimp paste, beef tendon, honeycomb beef tripe, and scallop. There are also some different vegetables to choose from, such as bok choy, spinach, napa cabbage, and watercress. There is also a lot of seafood options, such as mussels, crawfish, shrimp, and oysters.
At the buffet bar, there are also a small variety of fried appetizers, such as egg rolls and sesame balls.

Overall, Hot N Roll hotpot was a good restaurant to experience. The service was quick, the staff were friendly. However, the broths were mediocre and there is not a lot of variety in the meats and additional hotpot dishes/options. If you like seafood, you might enjoy this hotpot place a little more due to the seafood options available. Otherwise, there are other AYCE hotpot places to go to with a wider selection that doesn’t have a $100 price tag for 2.

One thing that really caught my eye about this place is that you get individual hot pots, which is a huge plus for me since my husband and I have different preferences on our soup base!

The majority of the foods are self-serve at the buffet line, but the noodles, meat and some tofu items are ordered on the tablet. Drinks are not included in the hot pot price except for water. There is also a fridge full of ice cream that's included in your meal!

The attendants were very attentive with us and kept our soda refills coming before we could even ask! They even go around refilling your pot with soup!

The store is very well lit, but the chairs and tables are almost comically large! I had to sit on the edge of my booth seat, otherwise it would have been impossible to eat!

There is a parking lot here, but it fills up pretty quickly due to many other restaurants that share the lot. Parking wasn't horrible, but we did park a bit far.

This is a favorite place of ours. The food is always fresh and wonderful. For one price per person, your meal is all inclusive with everything you need to create a wonderful hot pot. Only the drinks are separate. You start by ordering a soup base from several different choices. Then you choose which meats and add-ons you would like, such as noodles, rice sticks, quail eggs, bamboo hearts, etc. They bring it to your table, which has individual burners. The soup cons at the table and you add your ingredients to your liking. There is a side bar with even more items to add, such as seafood, vegetables, and other delicacies, plus a sauce station for customizing your own dipping sauce. Everything is fresh and delicious. The service is quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and upbeat. It's a great place to go to de-stress. Be careful, though. It's very easy to overdo it and come away stuffed to the point of discomfort!
