Rosie's Delicatessen

Swung by Rosie’s Delicatessen today for a quick lunch pit stop! And oh my is it good! I ordered a meat ball sub, and the chicken caprese! The chicken for the Caprese is a delicious crunchy outside and tender inside! Tomatoes are fresh! The Meatballs are definitely home made! Soft and juicy! And so is the marinara! Easy 10 out of 10! If you want a sub but don't want a major chain! Stop by Rosie's! Now open 7a-7p! Monday through Friday! And 7a-5p on weekends! So its convenient and easy to remember! They are fully staffed in the middle of the day! And boy do they have more than fresh subs! They have local cheeses from the Bronx, they have Local Marinara, honey, candies, coffees and more! They even have an olive bar! So be sure to swing by!

This was our first visit to Rosie's. We both had the Bridge & Tunnel sub ($15.50 each for a full size sub) for takeout. The subs were very large and delicious. There is a lot more on Rosie's menu which we intend to try.

Enjoyed the Chicken Parm, Aunt Chubby (Meatball), and Rosie’s Italian. Everything was very tasty, good portion size, at a fair price, Best part was the roll was not soggy after 30 minutes from store to table. We will return.

Great Italian deli and market- we had the #7 Rosie's Italian sub and #4 chicken caprese, both were great. Inside there is an Italian market with all sorts of groceries and in-house made sauces. Great friendly atmosphere can't wait to go back to try their breakfast sandwiches.

Delicious bespoke sandwiches, with a ton of options both hot and cold. Got the #5 ‘badabang’ half and was pretty filling. Don’t know how my brother in law finished his whole 12in sub. This place is like Subway’s cultured, handsome older brother.
