    I didn't get to do a yoga class yet, but the food here is delicious! It's a great place to relax on a sofa, sit by the wood stove, and have a bite to eat.

    Delicious and healthy, fresh food. Wonderful yoga instructors, and highly skilled therapists.

    Great business with very kind owner and staff! A wonderful business model for us all to follow - healthful living. We are fortunate to partner with The Seed House as a drop off point for our CSA!
