    I just moved here from Texas. This place calls itself Tex-Mex, but it highlights a salmon platter. Texans consider salmon a funny Yankee fish and would never touch it. The yellow rice is also not Tex.

    First visit, we tried the Plato Grande. All the meat was done well. Our server was friendly and seemed to know many of the other patrons. Overall good experience!
