(February 13, 2019, 10:37 pm)Ordered a salmon roll special, and watched the chef prepared my order in front of me with a smile. That got me curious. The plate came out looking delicious. As expected, the roll tasted with great balance. Firm & moist rice with tender sweet fresh salmon. I haven’t experience such perfect sushi for a long long time. Let along finding this charm in Germantown was totally surprising and rewarding. Whether to take or not take my words for it, I encourage you to stop by.
