Starbucks

Unfortunately my favorite location is temporarily closed so I’ve decided to give this location a try. I’ve been here a few times but haven’t been completely satisfied with my orders. Today I ordered an Iced Caramel Mocha with light ice, the barista who made my drink clearly missed that request and loaded my drink with ice. Also when my drink was given to me most of the milk was sitting on the top and all the mocha/caramel was sitting at the bottom. This isn’t the first time this happened, I’ve also experienced this when I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha, milk sitting at the top and mocha sitting at the bottom. I’ve never received my drinks like this from the East-West Highway location. I basically had to scoop out the extra ice added to my drink and stir it once I got to work.
Apart from that that store is clean and following COVID-19 regulations.

I usually always get my coffee here because I work close by, but don't try going during happy hour. I politely waited at the counter for 20 min and when I tried to ask if someone had received my order I was rudely "shooed" away. Honestly, I just walked out. I wasn't going to continue to stand there while no one would even acknowledge me. A little disappointing in the customer service aspect.

This is the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The couches are amazing and I love the mural and plants. A bit on the slow side in the afternoon making it a nice place to just chill. I’ve only been here twice but my drink is always made exactly right.
