Inconsistent service depending on time of day maybe. Sometimes it's good and sometimes customer service is less than desirable. One lady (though she was wearing a Dunkin donuts hat) was straight rude when I asked that my salad be chopped watching her throw a bunch of loose veggies in a bowl. I let her know that usually when I ask for a salad they just always come chopped without me asking she snapped back at me "if you don't ask for chopped you're not getting chopped!" before setting it aside while she took care of two other customers. It took me mentioning it to another guy, who then asked her about it before chopping it up himself for my salad to come. I literally had good and bad service within the same visit. So I rate this hit or miss based on my experience
