Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is Chick-fil-A; either you love em or you hate em. I'm in the former category, having been a fan of their sandwiches since they were a much smaller organization. They were one of the first "fast food" restaurants to incorporate technology into the ordering process, and I love it! It's so easy to be able to leisurely scroll through and customize the menu items to your liking, without panicking that you're holding up the line, causing you to forget you don't want pickles, etc! Plus, the rewards program is great, again, one of the first to adopt one in their industry. It's hard to complain about free food.

Parking here can be a bit of a challenge during the lunch an dinner rush, and the drive through always seems busy. That said, the place is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. You get the standard fare, which provides a couple of healthier options then most other fast food chains.

A big plus for those with smaller children, they have a nice indoor play area that is very visible from at least one side of most of the tables in the restaurant.

I come here often and even though the food is amazing, the other part of this great customer experience is meeting the people who work here. One staff member took the time to get to know me and we had a great conversation. That is worth more to me than anything!

The location has urgency balanced with customer experience in mind. From drive-thru to curbside pick up there is always prompt delivery and I've had no instances in this past year with the orders including the little details like condiments and utensils. For a employee on the job picking up for multiples in some instances they create a seamless process that really enforces a positive experience.

Even on the busiest days their service is pretty prompt. Their southwest grilled chicken is superb and my kids love the waffle fries. This location also has a really neat indoor playground area for kids.
