Awesome bagels. Staff is great. Was not crowded
The bagels are always just right, the coffee is good. I like how they are combined with Carribou coffee! There is usually a long line on the weekends however so plan ahead.
Service was so late/lacking. The cashier looked like she didn't want to work there, Food was good. Tell your cashier to keep at least a smiling face in the morning. Other than that everything is good. I would rate 5/5 for your store. "That female cashier 1/5". I suggest try to replace her.
A business is not run by its owner, its run by its employees; cashiers and servers to be exact and if those people are not taking care of customers, the business can suffer and eventually close down.
I go to this location every Sat to get employees some bagels n cream cheese, and the Latina lady (idk of she's a manager or what) always has attitude and NEVER thanks for my business or makes me feel welcomed or valued. I see another lady that gets breakfast there regularly and I always see her checking her food to make sure its correct and 50% of the time, they have to fix things for her.
I no longer expect good customer service from this place... just to get some breakfast for my guys n see the smile on their faces!
I got a coupon to try this place and the cashier seem to be a little new bur i understand he took a little time to figure it out my order was done right. Coffee wise I don't think is up to starbuck prices but the food was amazing great place for a quick bite on the way to work. It does get busy but the kitchen time is really fast. I'm definitely coming back for a breakfast sandwich.
