Ruth's Chris Steak House

My husband booked a private room for my 50th birthday. We ordered pretty much everything on the menu and the food was absolutely phenomenal! Everyone truly enjoyed everything, but raved about the "main thing" the steak! It was cooked to perfection! What was even more exceptional was the customer service we received from Susan P., the private dining & catering manager. With the unpredictable weather, Susan put our minds at ease with her willingness to be flexible and accommodate us any way she could. In the end, everything worked out. In addition, Jake, our waiter, was Superb! His personality really shined through his fantastic service! He made us feel at home and the room was set up so cozy and intimate, all my guests expressed how they felt at home. Now, that's good service! I am so impressed with Ruth's Chris again and again. They live up to their name and reputation. We appreciate the fact that you have private dining for special occasions like these. Thank you Everyone at Ruth's!

Fantastic service and food! Loved the steak and the waiter was attentive and friendly. Only downside is 3 times he made minor errors (brought coffee instead of tea, didn’t bring Dijon mustard and didn’t break the dessert we ordered) but overall he and the restaurant still get 5 stars in my opinion.

My friends and I had a wonderful dinner there. The staff is very attentive and we felt welcomed even though we were on the let's say " younger" spectrum of ages there and definately one of the loudest tables in a generally more quiet atmosphere. Food was just delicious and definitely something you will not find at just any other place.

Great place for a special dinner. Lively if you want it ( bar area ). More quiet if you want that.

Free valet parking I believe too so bonus!

On my opinion, definitely the best steak in the area. Always comes out steaming hot from the butter that they use which gives it that great flavor. Service is consistently good.
Nice choice of wines. Save room for the cheesecake for dessert. You will be glad you did

The steaks are amazing (as expected). But side items are not worth the money at all. After going to Fleming’s (down in Tyson’s) the difference in flavor for side items is pretty stark. If you only care about steak, RC is fine. If you want the full meal, it’s ok. I don’t plan to return, I’d rather get the full meal that is worth my money. For me, that’s Fleming’s.
