I was very disappointed with the burger! Ordered it medium and it came dry and I couldn't taste the seasoning. Also, the bun (brioche, IIRC), was kind of mealy and substantially added to the dryness of the burger.
Pizza is good for the style - oven-fired thin-crust. I also am especially fond of the brisket sandwich.
I rarely do G reviews, but I come here frequently and am looking for a decent burger in the area.
I asked an employee about the burger being so sub-par and they said everyone complains. Hopefully the owners actually read reviews and make a move to improve it. I know it's primarily a pizza restaurant, but it's on the menu, so it's fair game.
Had a great lunch with a friend. Great service, very attentive. Looking forward to returning soon.
Coal Fire Pizza is a local restaurant located in Kentland, MD. They serve many kinds of handmade pizza with a choice of sauce and toppings. They also have homemade soup, salads and sandwiches. The food is good and reasonably priced. Eric, our waiter, was friendly and provided excellent service. There are Lunch specials daily. There is a full service Bar. Parking is free. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent service and some of the best thin crust pizza in the area. The prices are more than reasonable and good happy hour in the bar.
Reasonable pizza. It does have a large brick oven that the pizzas cook in and if you have kids they can watch it be made. If you like white pizza they have a standard one but also have a "Ricotta Infusion" that is my favorite where ricotta is the pizza sauce. Four stars because their sandwiches leave some to be desired.
