Boston Market

I have had great chicken meal here and fast service. I have been eating here several times and I have never had a bad experience!

We were having a Christmas Eve dinner and I was in charge of the turkey. Well I ruined it! I made a last minute panicked call to the aspen hill boston market before opening. Amazingly, Eddie picked up and saved my family dinner by providing delicious, freshly made and sliced turkey. This is outstanding service at a very busy time for this business.

I visited tonight after several months. I'd still give this restaurant three (3) stars. Let me break it down:

Bathrooms: Fairly clean. Stocked with soap and the basics.

Seating area: Plentiful seating and kept moderately clean. The customers don't really make a mess.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: The Staff was going from the cash register to serving food without sanitizing or washing their hands. I'm sure you aren't supposed to handle money and food simultaneously. The worker that was mopping also went from mopping to putting on gloves to serve food. Better hygiene methods should be practiced.

Customer service: The reason I give the restaurant three (stars) is the workers always give me fresh food when I ask. The other customer service is severely lacking. There was a long line of customers and four (4) workers. The cashier was ringing up customers and making orders for Uber Eats. The three workers that were serving food seemed to be confused. One was mopping the floor (kind of) the other kept going to the back to restock items that were already stocked. There's a ban on lettuce so salads are not available. This causes chaos with the Uber Eats orders as customers ordered salads and wouldn't answer their phones to update the orders. I would suggest someway updating the Uber Eats ordering site to reflect items not available.

Overall: It's a good place for a filling meal. Plenty of options for comfort eating. I usually order the meatloaf, yams and creamed spinach. I always enjoy my meal. It's a good place for families and to eat solo.

Always polite people .food is tasty..prices are good ...hot and fresh platters...chose of meat and sides...also minute maid juice and variety of tea and fountain drinks...You can find a clean table to eat...and restroom is clean....

I love the food, it's well prepared, tastes good, the staff is friendly and the place is clean,, it's a tad expensive for fast food,, $12 for 1/4 chicken, sides and a drink? I mean $3 more I'm eating at O'charleys, where the portions are bigger and the drinks free.. but, that being said, they have great meals, The Chicken potpie is crazy good,, the meatloaf also is a winner and of course, Great Chicken.. You cant go wrong eating here,, there's something for everyone.
