Delicious and happens to be gluten free! The presentation is also lovely. Each item was well crafted and the flavors were simply wonderful. So glad that this place opened in the Bethesda Washington DC area — there’s nothing like it around here!

We got the “Hass We Can”, the “Okey Smokey” waffles and a dessert waffle 🧇 to split. Incredibly tasty — really hit the spot.

Everything in this bakery is amazing, however, I enjoyed just one sweet waffles with apples, nuts and creme and one waffles (sandwich) with ham and cheese. So delicious and nice!! Baker is from France and food made by him is so different taste than american food. I love it!!! And going tho come back!

The best gluten free waffles I ever had! The owner was very kind and knowledgeable about the best mixture for the waffles. Provided excellent service and great conversation while I waited. 100% will recommend and will likely be coming back here often. It's all 100% gluten free and it is a gluten free dedicated bakery. I have celiacs and I had no issues here.

Delicious waffles. Friendly and helpful staff. Great gluten free and vegan grocery items I haven’t seen in other places. Waffle batter is vegan and can make sweet and savory vegan options. Can’t wait to return and try more options.

I originally went here to get a family member something sweet (they have a gluten allergy). When I entered, I was immediately greeted by the super friendly owner and noticed that the entire place was extremely clean. I ended up getting a waffle, which appears to be one of their specialities. It was extremely delicious. Due to my family member’s allergy, I usually try a bunch of gluten free products and this ranks in the top 3. As someone who can eat gluten, I’ll even be returning to get one just for myself. I’m excited to try other stuff. If you or someone you’re with us GF, then I 100% recommend giving this a try.
