    One of my favorite bubble tea spots. Cute, cozy place with many options to choose from!

    Placed an online order and specified "no ice". Both drinks had extra ice. Love the bubble tea and all the options available usually, but there was not a single customer in the shop when I went in and they still didn't get the order right. The bubble tea itself tastes great and I love that you can pick sweetness levels.

    The customer service here is also odd; every single time I've gone in, I've been ignored by the staff even if there is no one else in the shop, and I've had to pester them in order to place an order. It always feels like an imposition. It's not enough to put me off coming, but it's not great either.

    I'd give the tea a 5/5, but the service a 1-2/5.

    I love this place. I so glad they opened one near my home.
    I got hook by going to the one on 14th & NY Ave. N.W DC.

    Love, Love, LOVE this place! They have THE best teas, with so many additive options. My fav is the passion fruit green tea ????
