I have driven by this restaurant several times and decided to give it a try .... all I can say is that the cheesesteak is amazing.... I can’t wait till my mom comes out of the hospital so she can get a hoagie! Thank you so much.... Can’t wait to return !!!!!

The steak and cheese and the potatoes were really good. I didn't care for the chicken cutlet/parm sub.

I live in the neighborhood so I've been here a dozen or so times. It has been hit or miss, with various issues like stale bread, too much dressing, or terrible bread-to-meat ratios (see picture for reference, this was my most recent visit). I really keep wanting to give this place a chance, but it's more tempting to walk 15 minutes to the nearest subway for a better experience.

I think if these guys want to survive the highly competitive restaurant environment that is Pike and Rose, they really need to start living up to the "gourmet" in their name. Fresh bread and ingredients is a must.

Service was good, but the sandwich was super dry. The bread was insanely tough and the meat was overcooked. Not really the quality I was expecting for a $13 dollar sub with no drink.
